On the first day of work, Lou was on-site to introduce me to the team and walk through the scope of work, encouraging questions and accommodating changes before beginning. The project then proceeded seamlessly. His team arrived punctually each day, demonstrated genuine respect for my home and work environment (I maintain a home office), consulted me on all decisions rather than proceeding independently, and quickly adapted with creative solutions when challenges arose. Lou remained highly involved throughout, as promised, visiting the site at least weekly and often more frequently. When off-site, he remained accessible via text or phone, consistently responding within minutes. When the project scope expanded, there were no complications—only transparent communication regarding timeline extensions and any additional costs. Beyond his core work, Lou generously contributed his time to connect me with specialized professionals for additional services (painting and wallpaper installation), overseeing these efforts to completion as well. Lou and his team did an outstanding job of renovating our bathroom including bumping out a wall and repurposing space in the adjacent room. Lou was professional, fair, and took personal pride in solving the inevitable problems that arose in such a complex job.
